My 8 days of comment-fic has drawn to a close, and there were three that I didn't get to. One I really wanted to do, but it would have required much more time than I had to do properly - and I didn't want to do it improperly.

The other two I just failed to come up with anything that I particularly liked. That's not a reflection on the quality of the prompts - it's a reflection on the quality of my brain.

So, you can scroll down two entries on my journal and read the prompts I did respond to - but I'll also be tidying a couple of them up and posting them properly in the next few days too.

Thank you to everyone who left prompts, and my apologies to those who didn't get their prompts answered - I will endeavour not to fail you again in the future.

In other news, I've got to work overtime for the rest of the month (boo)...but on the plus side, I may have discovered a way to ease myself out of my hated job and into something that pays just as well and also gives me plenty of free time for writing. So, let's all keep our fingers crossed that I can pull it off sometime in the months to come.

P.S. Sorry, for the weird subject line - I just love that title, and couldn't resist using it...it's a book of short-stories by Joey Comeau, if anyone is wondering.

Do yo know who's biting herself in the behind? Well, can you guess? I MISSED YOUR COMMENT MEME!

Aw, whatever. Maybe another one. I'll be reading all your fics and ficlets on Supernatural, maybe some HP, if it has Draco in it ;-)

See you soon.

Ah no worries, I'm sure I'll be having another one in the future! I've got another couple of fics planned (in addition to the ones I wrote for the comment meme that I'll be posting properly) so there will be something here and there from me to tide you over until you can demand Draco ;)

The summer is over
It's actually the title of the extended version of his novel bible camp bloodbath and comes from the bible verse jeremiah 8:10.

Re: The summer is over
It's ALSO the title of the extended version of his novel Bible Camp Bloodbath - but at the time I wrote this, it was only the title of a collection of short stories that he released sometime before the fall of 2009.

I did not know that it was from a bible verse though! That's really cool! I absolutely love it. Thanks for the info!
